What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that compared to our similar tools, this one has more options and tools. I can very easily and efficiently scale drawings, as well as zoom in by as much as 1000x, add motes, and markup blueprints.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can get really expensive. One seat costs hundreds of dollars, and if you have a company with hundred of employees, that can be a really high price tag.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our efficiency has definitely improves since we started using this. Zooming in as close as 1000x is no problem, and we can even add notes, as well as markup blueprints.
