User-friendly and multi-purpose

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm really amazed at the number of functions that come with this software. I've come to regard it as an indispensable part of my workday. I can use it to perform a simple takeoff, work on my submissions, as well as to update plans.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really like this tool but I think the change they made to the user interface in the latest version is a little drastic. I know that it has made the tool run much more quickly, but it has now ended up looking like an old version of Windows. I really don't like having to go through the dropdown menu after dropdown menu.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tools customization option has helped me out when it comes to speeding up my workflow. If you have a working knowledge of JavaScript, you can trim down a multi-step process to just one button. It has really picked up my pace at work.
