What I like best about Bluesnap include their amazing customer service, reoccurring billing feature, and awesome merchant dashboard.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There’s no case management functionality which is a bit inconvenient for merchants like me. So whenever there’s customer fraud, it’s difficult to know whether we won and got our money back or not. Hopefully, they add this functionality soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software has helped us optimize the conversion rate as well as the value of our clients with reoccurring billing functionality.
