What are the best aspects of this product?
BlueSnap was quick and easy to use, from onboarding to when we were already using it. It didn't require us to jump through endless hoops to apply, and the knowledgeable support team was always there to assist us. Response time was very quick; our software development team appreciated the assistance provided to us by the dedicated integration specialist assigned to our account. I liked that I could reach our consultant at any time with questions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would have loved to have an even faster underwriting wait time. However, I understand this is not always possible. Besides, compared to past experiences with underwriting wait times, it is already running fast.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are expanding into Europe and we see that it will help our conversions in areas such as France. Its ability to accept multiple payment options will be great for us in markets we are not yet established in. In addition, we are also excited to be able to connect with multiple acquiring banks to increase our sales via increased conversions. We expect to see rising numbers as we grow and expand our business.
