What are the best aspects of this product?
BlueSnap is very good at what it does! Their conversion rate beats all their competitors and their platform is far easier to navigate while offering the same, if not better integration and features. What we like best is their adhesion to routine and schedule. They are never late with payment reports and the payments are always made on time and without issue. We've tried other processors who claim to have superior platforms and better fee structures, but they couldn't beat what the software offers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If I have soemthing that needs to be improved on, it would be that there would be an account rep to speak with. But if it meant raising processing fees, it is not worth it. Everything is fine the way it is.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our business managed to enjoy ncreased profitability thanks to the increased conversions and affiliate traffic the platform has been able to provide to us. It's surprising how many of these competitors have frequent problems with what it's supposed to provide to us as their customers.
