What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using this tool for almost a decade now and I have to say it has been a great partner for us. I like how they schedule payouts since it ensures that my business has a cash flow that is regular and steady. I also really appreciate how their customer support team gets in touch with us whenever we encounter a processing issue. Not only does it ensure that our transactions go through smoothly, but it also makes us feel appreciated as a user of their product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't have anything I don't like about this product. They've recently included more banks into their system which has really benefited us since more transactions push through and our conversion rates have increased. They're very good at predicting what will be needed by a business and adapt to it quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Any issues we've had with conversions have been solved by this product. Transactions and processing go through so smoothly. Conversions have increased which is always good for the business.
