What are the best aspects of this product?

These days, both our clients and audience can make payments simply. They can do so via the software itself. At the same time, they can organize their activities in a single place. Their API is robust and the console is a breeze to navigate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be nice if they can waive that usual $2 ACH transfer fee. For now, this is the price you'll need to put up with to send funds directly to your bank account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're trying to resolve an issue with clients on-boarding their own customers. At the same time, getting their customers paid quickly. Our clients are facing varying audiences. Having an easy means of payment ensures for a thorough on-boarding experience.
