What are the best aspects of this product?
I can't say enough good things about the customer support for this tool. They are so helpful and really look out for us whenever we encounter any issues with the software. It's also really great how user-friendly the reports and dashboards are. Right from the very beginnning, I had a great experience with this tool, since installing it went by so quickly. Logging in was also quick, and I really felt like all of the information was kept safe and away from unauthorized eyes. This is a really great tool and I have no problem recommending it to other businesses.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do wish that they had a longer deadline for providing the needed information when it comes to chargeback fees.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has solved a number of problems for us. For one, looking up information has become easier with it. Reports are also easier to understand. Its flexibility has also made us able to accept payments from all over the world, as well as to allows customers to pay for transactions with either debit cards or credit cards. We've also been able to receive payments during checkout.
