What are the best aspects of this product?
Our clients and their respective customers can easily make payments through BlueSnap and manage activity in one place. It has a very robust API but their console is also easy to navigate at the same time. It manages to deliver on the need to accept multiple currencies for a global reach. They also have a friendly and knowledgeable support staff that is able to address our business needs and those of our clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see the $2 ACH transfer fee go away, which is the cost to have your funds sent to the bank account. Other than that, I have no other complaints.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We get to solve the struggle of our clients in on-boarding their customers and getting paid fast. Our clients deal with a wide range of audiences and having an easy way to pay allows for a more complete on-boarding experience for these audiences. It provides a more complete registrations, which means more business activity that will bost the business and less administrative work to worry about at the same time.
