What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that BlueSnap makes it easy for our customers to do business with us. This solution quickly accepts and processes payments made through it. It is both reliable and intuitive at the same time too—with a great support team to boot! With our clients living all over the globe, BlueSnap has been able to handle multiple-currency payments and we have been able to breathe a sigh of relief because we no longer have to go through the hassle of manually processing these.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a bank processing fee of $2. If we can do away with this, that would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to make sure that our clients can efficiently pay their workforce on time. Through this, they have been able to carry out transactions with more customers. In return, we have been getting more business. It’s a win-win situation on all sides.
