What are the best aspects of this product?
The standout functionality with BlueSnap is its all-around flexibility. You can have a full-functioning hosted service running. Or you can make use of it as a gateway. They did an above average job in catering to our business requirements.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its reporting functionality could use some improvement. The reason why our business is living is due to the data that we have. But then again, this is something that we're badly in need of.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had to find a way to stay our gateway provider. It's all about trying to have that increased flexibility on first-time transacrions. The same goes for recurring billing. Authorization rates jumped substantially when we started using BlueSnap.
