What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easy to confirm appointments also. I like that it's easy for me to deal with clients: from sourcing and booking them, to make payment requests and check-in about our projects' progress. I also like that there's a reminder for upcoming appointments, assign times in blocks, and it's simple to change how we see it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The overall look of the system could be improved, in the sense that changing colors of appointment types can help me become more organized and instantly see what's happening in the easiest way possible.

We're able to minimize errors in terms of scheduling appointments within the company because it's easy and simple. It leaves everyone satisfied.
