What are the best aspects of this product?

We managed to implement Boomtrain within two different publishing properties. We quickly find out that the solution is better than the previous one.With this software we can build expansive content and behavioral data by gathering new data and audience insights. Its customer team is extremely powerful and they work along with us so we can use the product to its fullest.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product itself is great, but they still work on the dashboard and the reporting features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We publish contents of different topics. There are many topics on social network for content marketing and this tool helps us to keep track on our contents and it is effective tool for testing a home-page feeds and email newsletters.
