What are the best aspects of this product?
Boomtrain has brilliant customer service, they really care about their customers’ goals and the way of using it. I have great experience with the product, its features and its team. Its onboarding team helps me with live stream and they constantly provide us with fresh ideas so we can work on our campaigns and make them better. The clicks and engagement increased. Once you learn the system and set-up everything becomes automated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think it would be great if they could work more on the design.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I want to attract people to my sites and to engage them, thankfully Boomtrain does all the work. The AL technology instinctively knows what the best content is for each subscriber. The number of e-mails and click rates are highly increased. We are able to engage our visitors in a special way and they really enjoy about the content they receive. We get lot of feedback on posts lately. I use this product even to personalize some aspects of my site, and I am very impressed of the results I get.
