What are the best aspects of this product?

Implementation was really swift this tool. It can easily be integrated with our current order managment system as well as other known third party apps. The reporting and smart checks are enabled us to keep track of our sales performance in real-time as well as forecast sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When we bought the basic support plan, we didn't realize that technical support is only available through email. So that means zero phone support. To get to extended technical assistance and consultation over the phone, you'll need to opt for their extended support plan.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool has completely adapted to our standards and sales techniques. It did a good job automating our sales processes. In addition, our teams were able to benefit from increased forecast precision, improved leads coversion to opportunities, and enhanced collaborative effort with our sales forces.
