PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's one of the most hyped products that we've ever had in a long while. It's easily customizable. Very flexible. It's business process designer lets people do highly intricate processes. It comes with plenty of trending and advanced functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to add in this section, unfortunately. We noticed a lot of things that came with this tool. So, we feel it deserves a warm reception from users like us. We were able to benefit tremendously with ever since we started using this. Highly recommended!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our main aim is to provide an exprience that would lead to customer advocates. We're doing this for the sake of our clients and we're hoping they'll be experiencing the same way with us. We need to do what's needed to carry out business processes by supporting employees and allowing teams to provide better customer experience across departments.
