What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been making use of this tool for close to a year now. All I can say is that I won't have to look for another third party tool. I'm very much happy with the solution I'm deploying now. It has a clean UI and it doesn't take too long to using this software properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel no app is perfect. Obviously, apps have their share of drawbacks. However, I feel that I'm totally happy with features offered with this tool. Whenever I come across new problems, all I need to do is make use of the user guide to help me out. Support will always be there when you need them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm fully maximizing the marketing features of this tool. At the same time, our sales team are also using this. What I favor most with this system is that we're using it to generate, organize, and capture leads. Then our sales reps use this tool to continue working the leads further.
