PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its UI is very intuitive. It makes everything super simple. Working with this system is pure fun. Users can easily learn and get the tool up and running. It saved us plenty of time since our staff won't have to go through a learning curve in using the tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the tool itself is fantastic and has made great strides with efficiency, our solution isn't updated to the latest version (as of this writing). We're currently missing features that we badly want to own from the tool's latest updates. I'm sure when we get those, our team can tremendously benefit from it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The staff is now capable of delivering results with less heavy lifting. The system enabled us to make better campaigns, ensures our customers' data is organized, offering clients precise agreements on scheudle, and planning and analyzing our recent and upcoming activities.
