What are the best aspects of this product?
bpm'online was a tremendous help in the integration of fragmented customer data sources. With it, we get to finally organized our sales and marketing teams. We're able to do so in a single environment. What's more, we were able to automate our business processes with it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, nothing major within the system. But some small problems are expected to occur from time to time. Right now, we're happy using bpm'online.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The primary objectives we havd involved enhancing relationships between sales and marketing departments. We also wanted to have our business processes optimized. We were facing an issue of fragmented customer data sources as a result of our sales utilizing an ERP system, Access, Exele, and sharing data though Skype or e-mail. bpm'online joins all info related to customers to have a full view of them.
