What are the best aspects of this product?

It has so many beneficial features. But there's one main thing that stands out. For us, it's the field sales functionality. Right now, our sales reps are thrilled in building routes and schedules as they're planning out their day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to comparing bmp's advantages over its downsides, I have nothing to say. The "bad" things are way too small to even mention here.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

bpm'online has been a blessing for our sales reps. I'd say our company has been living under a rock for years since we haven't been using CRM on mobile. The system enabled us to plan out the time very carefully and work things out quickly with increased productivity. In all honesty, we finally have an edge in the competitive market.
