What are the best aspects of this product?

A lot of things to love with this product. Its UI is flat out amazing. Easy to utilize. UI is highly intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Social media integration could use some improvement specifically in the marketing department. Accessibility to LinkedIn is a must-have. There should me further automation with after-sales objects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to gain a full and updated vision what's happening in business. These include the pipeline, forecast, and opportunity details. I'm able to track sales activities regardless if it's a visit, e-mail, or a phone call. I get to promote my products/services by means of highly effective digital marketing tools.
