PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It took a bit of time understanding CORE terminology and short cuts that make the use of the system easier for users, but once there, there are some fun advantages to using CORE and getting the most out of the system. I still have lots to learn and the CORE Support Team teach me some great tricks every time I call. I do like the on line training videos too! The flexibility in account setup is great. The inter-relationship of Billing and AP Vendors is a good help. The helpful support Team is the best at making my transition easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a drill down functionality in Core what would be great is if we can switch to the screen where we drilled from a little easier

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better search all over

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having all the information/data of our entire company in one place and access to Core from anywhere is great.
