Braincert comes with a wide ranging set of options for customizations. There are very impressive options that allow site admins to gain control over their LMS site. There are customizations such as site name and descriptions with logos and favicons, landing pages, security, virtual classroom, student dashboard, and language settings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

would like the dashboards to be more customizable

My entire online academy can be managed by Braincert without having to use any other tool. It is easy to learn and has lots of features.
