What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we have a platform that everyone has access to, for all our digital collateral. It's immersed in our way of working, so it's easy to use and maintain.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if Slack integration is a lot more seamless. It's one of the reasons we started using Brandfolder, alongside the other reason that it's also integrated with Salesforce.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's helped us become more efficient because all our company's digital collateral is organized. Brandfolder also helps us indicate which versions to use. It was a huge difference from using other platforms in the past, where it's much trickier to organize and determine with assets to use or search for. Our sales and marketing team have benefitted greatly from our switch to Brandfolder.
