What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's so easy to retrieve our files. They're also easy to look for, so it's not time- and space-consuming. I'm able to design more quickly knowing I have a reference for the most updated assets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if we're able to easily determine who has access to specific files on Brandfolder. There are instances when the designers would initially want to limit access to their team before it is finalized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to ensure that all designers are on the same page in terms of the latest version of the brand elements. There's less friction about communicating brand updates, and it's so much easier to find items such as colors for a specific brand.
