What are the best aspects of this product?
With Breeze, it's so easy for me and my team to track attendees using our mobile phones or computer. Among my team, I can assign different roles that I can customize. Some of them can have full access as I do, so they can also view our data and edit it. The others can just take attendance for our church attendees. Another thing I like about Breeze is that I can also have all the individual information of our congregation on one platform, and then email them all or assign them in groups. It's easier for me to come up with reports accordingly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great for the mobile app and desktop versions t sync up in real-time so they can contain the same information at all times, especially if there are several of us using it at the same time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to send messages and event invites to a big group, being able to create customized filters and reports for specific sub-groups for specific events and messages, being able to track attendance for small or big gatherings.
