What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been using this for more than a year now and have been grateful to their customer support team's help. They're always on hand to respond to our concerns or special requests to help make our experience with the software loads better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Glitches on the iPhone version of the app could be improved. Sometimes it hangs and brings me back to the app's home page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Breeze allowed us to be able to collect our member database and information on a single platform through e-forms for easy access, which helped us re-align our efforts.
