What are the best aspects of this product?
Our volunteers and I like that Breeze is so easy to figure out, and it's cost-efficient too. the software might be specifically designed for chapels, but I think a lot of other groups will find it useful too. Their writeups are also helpful in terms of finding our way through the tool. Because it takes care of the admin side, Breeze enables us to focus on other business and how we can keep innovating.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Additional filter fields would be helpful, as well as third-party add-ons, so we can fully utilize the product according to what we need.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to maintain a great database of our members' contact information. We're also able to send emails to both the entire group and smaller sub-groups. It's also easier to give out assignments, and event registrations are much more organized because it's well-labeled.
