What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that BricsCAD is quick and reliable. It doesn't crash at all, which other tools are wont to do, and in turn, causes unnecessary delay at work. Tech support is solid at BricsCAD -- they would promptly fix glitches that we encounter, and the updates they do to improve the software is regular. It's so very useful for their development and for the benefit of our work using BricsCAD.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
