What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love the client support. You will be answered by a representative who is driven to assist with your concern when you call their support center. They are very responsive compare to others. I had some problems encountered and the team from Bridge have worked closely with me and came up with ideas that I just followed through. Also, they walk the talk.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting still needs to improve though it is getting better on every update. The key flaw in the reporting feature is the failure to review who has not yet taken specific training. It is also not as responsive as the user-interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped build a community of learning by providing software that learners could use conveniently. Bridge is the best LMS to use to train learners quickly. New hires could take 20-40 training courses in their first few weeks as courses can be accessed easily.
