LMS that is user-friendly and has a creative interface

What are the best aspects of this product?

The comfort of using the LMS is not only for the managers but also for the learners. The tech group is really excellent and if there is a more difficult problem, the higher-level tech staff will be available to help you promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customization of reports has many options but can't really provide it timely. It still needs the manual work which is a hassle for the admins and managers.

Currently, it is only supporting .PPT, SCORM 1.2 and 2004. I think that they should also support Tincan as it is the latest and I think that the standard of the courses that will be created will considerably improve. This has been mentioned to the team already but I guess that it is not on their highest priority right now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is very user-friendly and for me, that is its key advantage. We use it internationally and team members have learned to use it quickly and effectively. Designing of content with an authoring tool of its own has also been made simpler so that non-interactive courses and assessments can be implemented quickly.
