What are the best aspects of this product?
Bridge has been very user-friendly for admins and the experience for our users is extremely good. We really like that we are able to ass customized roles and the authoring tool too. The post-sales support was excellent! You can really talk to someone on the line and almost all our minor issues were resolved instantly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I believe their reporting still needs improvement. The interface is nice, but collecting relevant details is not as easy as I would have liked. Also, it can be a bit difficult to implement mixed learning programs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Bridge improved our way of handling and delivering quality instruction. We're in a distributed training setting and Bridge has enabled every team to develop, monitor and maintain its own training and has also enabled admins to have an overview of the company's operation. It streamlined challenging operational procedures and enhanced our learning accomplishments.
