PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We do like the measurement techniques. We have collaborated with Bridge, who has presented us with a very detailed list of occupations including its skill sets. Our staff is welcome to do an evaluation with their colleagues anytime they wish, but we usually ask for them to do semi-annual evaluations regularly. As direct superior, we use these evaluations to draw two or three qualities that will allow them to either make them more qualified workers or become the better version of themselves on a personal level.

Our staff knows that our company is dedicated to their success and ambitions. True that some of our staff's ambitions don't include the company in the coming years but we help them to learn the skills they need and, in effect, we have our staff's productivity and much better morale among our workforce.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bridge has features that we think as though it was mainly developed for big businesses. As a small business, we can hurdle it, but we don't like that.

We don't really have a designated HR person so far, we have staff filling that role, and we don't have someone who can manage the whole Bridge suite. In some ways, each team has greater adoption than others. For instance, the creative team sees tremendous involvement, while after initial onboarding, the part-time technical team can see very little uptake.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Manager one-on-one's working really well. It's great to see just how many meetings take place or with whom. The staff really enjoy being able to plan out for their one-on-one by setting an agenda that can be discussed with the supervisor, making meetings more substantive.

We also appreciate the evaluation tool, it was used quarterly, and group assessments mean a great deal not just to the supervisors but to the staff as well.

Recently, we began using the Bridge tool for conformance monitoring and on-boarding, which was extremely helpful and has managed to lessen lots of hassle that we had to experience.
