What are the best aspects of this product?

BrightEdge lets you look into data history, depth insights, and seek newer SEO opportunities while viewing performance at keyword and page level. I like the fact that it can be integrated with multiple analytics platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While it does a good job comparing competitors, I often had to include another competitor and compare it to the two that I have in the system --- since I don't want to be charged for making another competitive group. Switching views within keyword reports to avoid time frame adjustments for older data needs to be fixed.
