Excellent for Data Analysis

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really liked best in this application is Data Cube. It is an easy platform to use in in-depth research analysis and gap analysis. Plus, customer service was very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

UI can be improved. It can be a bit hard to navigate it when you're a first time user. But when you get the hang of it, it gets easier. The customer service is helpful in this area.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Data analysis--this has been the easiest app for me to use when analyzing data for identifying opportunities, recommendations, and product expansions.
