What are the best aspects of this product?

UI is beginner-friendly enough to start immediately on working on SEO, however, it is also very complex that I always see discover new features when I roam about the application. To properly utilize the application it is important to ask assistance to customer service. They are accomodating and helpful in walking me through the features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application is complex. It seems that contacting customer service is required to navigate it effectively.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a starting company so we are still testing the waters but I find gap analysis and insights handy.
