I appreciate that its main page is the calendar, which is the most important base for me in deciding which task to first work on. I think anyone, even beginners to digital tools, would find Brightspace's interface easy to navigate and learn.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It should focus on streamlining, particularly removing sections that are redundant.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great tool for both teachers and students. Teachers can post assignments easier and in a more organized way while being able to review students' performance more accurately. Meanwhile, students can access these tasks as well as other resources such as textbooks and even get updates on their grades all in one platform!
