Excellently handles department-level organization

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find it very easy to navigate around Brightspace. Layout texts and tabs are very simple. I enjoy how easy it is to upload files and arrange them orderly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would eliminate any sort of communication confusion if it could integrate with Outlook and take in messages and contacts from the latter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A complete online and glitch-free education is made possible with Brightspace.
