What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface is very simple and highlights the elements students mostly click on. Beyond the application make-up, the company is very hands-on with its clients. The other day, representatives from Brightspace were at our uni, gathering feedback on how the app can improve further.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I just wish that at the outset Brightspace could give a comprehensive guide on its features as I only stumble upon a few midways that I didn't think was there in the first place, such as activating a notification that will alert you when you have a new message from your uni email. In past apps, I used to have those features at default.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Because of its simple layout, I can find the items I need in Brightspace in a jiffy. App users at my university are being more productive than ever.
