What are the best aspects of this product?
It looks nice and includes lots of features that would be amazing if the customer service cared about the customer and actually provided support and clarity around modifications.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Do not customise anything, they have terrible release updates that override EVERYTHING you do to customer. Every single time I log into my website something else has changed that was originally modified. I have also spent thousands of dollars customising and BD does not give a damn. Do not make a product that is customisable and then overright everything when you run an update (every time).
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
If you want to use it as a directory without modifying anything then it is fine to use but if you want to be creative, think again.
