Easy to work with and great experience

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like Bronto’s UI because it’s intuitive and it has easy navigation. Also, there are lot of control options so we can build any type of program that we want, segments, interweaving workflows and field data. I haven’t run into something that might disturb my workflow. I can quickly and easily export reports and message analytics and I’m able to control time frame and type of data I’m searching for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features may cost additional money to access, but they are great investment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to turn our new customer into our buyers and past buyers into new one. We send welcome series for new subscribers depending on the sign up and we send the series of email marketing camapigns with all our promotions.
