What are the best aspects of this product?

The simplicity of the tool makes it reliable for anyone to use. The interface is easy to use and offers no or little learning even for someone who has less experience in email marketing. You can navigate with ease around the application. It is reliable for companies with inexperienced staff on email marketing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although customer support is available, it may not be reliable. The live chat feature promises quick feedback but they seem to lack in-depth knowledge about how the app works. This leads to insufficient support when you experience problems with the tool.

When you compare with similar tool such as Lyris, it offers better automation and tracking. It makes execution of campaigns easier especially if they are recurrent. This saves time and resources which later increase revenue as a result of marketing.
