What are the best aspects of this product?

In my experience, Bronto is wonderful email marketing platform with full extensive options for A/B testing, workflow set up, segmentation, and integrating social posts. The UI is easy to use and it hasw great customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting tool don’t always format correctly, and the reporting tools aren’t that bad. Also, it's pricy solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have used other small and unintutiive email marketing platforms, and we have found that we can function perfectly with Bronto, it helps us to launch marketing campaigns and to get in touch with iur customers.
