What are the best aspects of this product?
The good thing about Bronto is the value you get for the price you’ve paid. We didn’t have lot of budget but we had large email volume and we wanted to get the most of it, and we have found that this tool is perfect fit for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some areas that need improvements. First of all, there is limitation of 100 fields. It looks like enough but as sonn as you start creating dynamic emails you’ll see that you need even more. Additionally, ther eis limitation with the relationships .
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used Lyris which had lot of limitation when it came to email addresses. But Bronto helps us to be more focused on marketing messages and to spend less time in learning how to manage the email list
