What are the best aspects of this product?

This is full featured solution with intuitive and simple UI. Thanks to its simplicity we haven’t face serious troubles while figuring out how it works. This is great tool for email campaigns and it has great tools for full-time email specialist so they can improve the workflow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks motivation of support representatives when it comes to the live chat. They could really improve their customer support team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to automate workflows and conversion tracking which are more easily attainable. We managed to increase email revenue thanks to this product.
