What are the best aspects of this product?

The price is right for what we were looking for. The return on investment (ROI) we got from the tool was great. We had a bulk of emails we needed to organize and use for our marketing campaign where the app came through for us. All this, without spending beyond our budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The fields where you create the emails, is limited to just 100. This limits you in terms of the number of fields you can use to create emails for your marketing campaign. It has a single database, which means that you cannot include multiple relationships on the same platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bronto offers a large storage for your email list. It makes it possible to store and manage the list of your customers as it is cloud-based. It eliminates the hustle of having to coordinate with your ISPs as it does this for you. It thus gives you time to concentrate on your core skills.
