I like this platform’s available email marketing results and reports. When it comes to delivering an email, Bronto instantly provides reporting information like open rate, click rate, bounce rate and other. You can easily find this sort of information into Bronto’s reporting tab.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that there is no option to manage multiple brands under one account. I can manage all email marketing initiatives for various brands. It accepts only one business address and this can be difficult to house two different brands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to increase our brand recognition. Thanks to its user friendly and robust environment we can easily create and deliver messages to our clients. It helps us to set up automatic emails and send them automatically whenever customer visits some part of our website.
