Easy to use and dependable

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is so simple and easy to use and that's one of the things that I love about it. When I go on presentation mode I can get an overview of the work that I've done. I find it easier to perform with this since it's easy enough to understand. I also appreciate how diagrams can be saved and how I can print those diagrams directly from the web page.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that there were more advanced tools even in the version given for free to users, but that isn't a big problem since the product is still that good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The organization is the area where I have been helped the most. Creating diagrams is part of my job, and this tool allows me to do that in an organized and efficient manner.
