What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how great this tool is when used by a team or in a team environment. Thanks to the simple and clean interface, me or my teammates only need to click one button to create an action or idea, so sharing information and ideas can be done simply but effectively. It's really good at utilizing diagrams to capture and present ideas. I also appreciate that it can be used for flowcharts and programming projects, an option is available where users can come up with UML diagrams.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the way bubbles are moved could be made more intuitive. Currently, it takes a lot of precision and that often ends up with users finding it impossible to move bubbles. I also noticed that the app does slow down whenever I drag the bubbles, but this could be because of my computer and not because of the tool itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've always wanted something that allowed me to quickly create a flowchart without too many confusing options, and this was the tool that I needed. This has been very helpful to me whenever I have CSS and HTML programming web projects.
