What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how user-friendly this tool is. Intuitive is the best way to describe it, from its interface down to its menus. Everything that I wanted from the product has been delivered, and I haven't really encountered a lot of problems when using it. I appreciate how many options I get from this tool. I can pick either PDF, HTML, JPG, or PNG formats when printing diagrams or saving files. Sharing my work is also easier since the application can generate a link that I can then send, and I don't have to worry about edits either since the link is read-only. I also like how extensive the edit and undo feature us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there's anything to cimplain about, it is that this tool isn't as popular as I would like. This means that I often have to learn on my own rather than find someone on the internet who can help me out if I encounter any type of bug or problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has helped me out with presenting and designing the flow diagrams that the programming team comes up with. The link sharing feature ensures everybody is informed and that the whole process is documented and organized.
